Each Fahlo® Swing Bracelet reveals a golden monkey's interactive tracking map on your phone or tablet, along with their name, photo, story, and fun updates along the way. When you track, we give back—in partnership with the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund to support protection and research efforts, educate future conservationists, and aid communities who share their home with both golden monkeys and mountain gorillas.

Every Fahlo® tracking experience includes the Fahlo Protection Ping™. This indicates each animal’s unique path may be live, delayed, or historical based on required safety protocol in accordance with our nonprofit partners.
While the experience of following an animal’s journey remains the same for you, we work behind the scenes with our partners to ensure it is presented in a way that keeps the animals safe, one step or splash at a time.
Shipping Policy
At Trudy's Hallmark, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. We currently ship to virtually any address within the United States, but certain restrictions may apply to specific products. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
For standard shipping, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx Ground. Orders placed Sunday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing at the start of the next business week.
During peak times, processing may take 3–5 business days. Packages do not ship from our warehouse on weekends or holidays. Most items will arrive within 3–8 days after leaving our warehouse.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
