At Trudy's Hallmark, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. We currently ship to virtually any address within the United States, but certain restrictions may apply to specific products. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Carriers and Processing Times
For standard shipping, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx Ground. Orders placed Sunday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing at the start of the next business week.
During peak times, processing may take 3–5 business days. Packages do not ship from our warehouse on weekends or holidays. Most items will arrive within 3–8 days after leaving our warehouse.
Promotional Shipping
We offer promotional shipping on orders within the contiguous United States. To qualify, your order total must meet the specified dollar amount after promotions and discounts are applied. Taxes do not count toward this total.
Pre-Order Items
All items ordered with a pre-order item will be consolidated and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. Should you need an item before the pre-order ships, we recommend placing a separate order.
Delivery Details
While we make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, Trudy's Hallmark is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Additional Notes
- We do not currently offer a buy-online, pick-up-in-store or ship-to-store option.
