Balsam Christmas Tree may move at her own slow, pokey pace, but that’s what makes her so special. She’s the steady friend everyone gathers around to share laughs, stories, and all the latest holiday shenanigans. With her warm presence, Balsam turns every get-together into a cozy, cheerful celebration.
She is a cozy Palm Pal with a soft green Christmas tree body, lights with a red cord, white sparkles, and a bright yellow snowflake shining on top. Her sweet smile, rosy cheeks, and rounded branches give her a cheerful holiday look that feels warm and welcoming.
I love hosting slow and cozy story circles during the holidays! My favorite thing to do is settle into the warmest corner, let everyone gather around, and listen as each pal shares their funniest festive antics. I may take my time chiming in, but when I do, I always make sure it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Policy
At Trudy's Hallmark, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. We currently ship to virtually any address within the United States, but certain restrictions may apply to specific products. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
For standard shipping, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx Ground. Orders placed Sunday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing at the start of the next business week.
During peak times, processing may take 3–5 business days. Packages do not ship from our warehouse on weekends or holidays. Most items will arrive within 3–8 days after leaving our warehouse.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
