How do I submit my Wish List?
You can submit your Wish List directly through our interactive Dream Book. Just click on your favorite ornaments and send it in online.
Prefer a paper copy? You can download your Wish List as a PDF and bring it to your nearest Trudy’s Hallmark store.
Will I earn Crown Rewards points?
Crown Rewards points are earned when your Wish List is picked up in store. Shipped Wish List orders do not earn Crown Rewards points. You will still earn Trudy’s Rewards on eligible purchases.
Will I get all the ornaments I add to my Wish List?
Submitting a Wish List gives you the best chance to reserve the ornaments you want, but it is not a guarantee.
Wish Lists are filled in the order they are received, and availability may vary by store.
What about Club-Exclusive and Limited-Quantity ornaments?
Club-exclusive ornaments are only available to Keepsake Ornament Club members and cannot be reserved through the Wish List.
Limited-quantity ornaments are not included on the Wish List and will be available during our release events.
When will I hear back after submitting my Wish List?
You will hear from us within 2 to 3 business days after submitting your Wish List.
Our team will review your submission and be in touch with any next steps.
When will I receive my ornaments?
For in-store pickup, your ornaments will be ready at your selected store on the first day of each release event.
For shipped Wish Lists, invoices are sent ahead of each Keepsake Ornament release, including Ornament Premiere in July and Ornament Debut in October.
After you receive your invoice, you can review your Wish List items. If you would like to make changes, such as adjusting quantities or removing items, please let us know before submitting payment.
If your invoice is not paid by the event end date, your reserved ornaments will be released back into stock.
What is your shipping policy?
Free standard shipping is available on Wish List orders when:
- Your Wish List is submitted before the event begins
- Your invoice is paid during the event window
If your invoice is not paid by the end of the event, your reserved ornaments will be released back into inventory and standard shipping rates will apply.

Do you offer pick-up in store?
When submitting your Wish List online, you can choose to have your items shipped or picked up in store.
If you select in-store pickup, our team will contact you to confirm your preferred location.
You can also bring or send your Wish List directly to your local store if you prefer to work with them.
