Jim Shore grew up in rural South Carolina surrounded by art and inspired by his grandmother’s quilting. After decades refining his craft, he partnered with Enesco in 2001 to launch Heartwood Creek. Known for his distinctive folk-art style, Jim blends rich color with traditional influences like quilting, rosemaling, and tole painting. Today, his collection spans year-round figurines and statement pieces, including beloved collaborations with Disney and Peanuts, offering something special for every collector.
