Here’s How it Works:
Building Your Wish List
As you browse, you can add ornaments directly to your Wish List — it’s quick and easy!
When you're ready, simply submit your Wish List online.
Important Shipping Details:
- To qualify for free shipping, your Wish List must be submitted before the event begins, and your invoice must be paid during the event window.
- If your invoice isn't paid by the end of the event, your reserved ornaments will return to stock, and standard shipping rates will apply.
- Please note: Crown Rewards points are not earned on online purchases, but you will earn Trudy’s Rewards!
After we receive your submission, our team will confirm your Wish List within 2–3 business days to make sure we have everything we need.
We’ll then send you an invoice separately for each release — one for the Ornament Premier (July 12–20) and one for the Ornament Debut (October 11–19).
Other Ways to Submit Your Wish List
Prefer a paper copy? You can also download your Wish List as a PDF by clicking the arrow icon at the top of the Wish List summary.
From there, you can:
- Bring it to your nearest Trudy’s Hallmark store, or
- Email it directly to your local store (we recommend giving them a quick call after 24 hours to confirm it was received).
Reminder:
Submit your Wish List directly to your local store for in-store pickup.
Wish Lists submitted online through our website will be shipped.
Important Details to Know
- Club-exclusive ornaments are only available to Keepsake Ornament Club members and cannot be reserved through the Wish List.
- Limited-quantity ornaments are not available through the Wish List.
- Submitting a Wish List gives you the best chance at getting your favorites, but availability is not guaranteed.
- Wish Lists are filled in the order they are received — so submit early for the best selection!
