What’s the difference between Trudyshallmark.com and Hallmark.com?

Trudy's Hallmark is a family owned business proudly serving our customers since 1980. We currently have 65 locations across the states of Texas, Washington, Kansas, and Idaho and we're continuing to grow!

Can I use my Crown Rewards?

The Trudy's Hallmark online account does not affect your Corporate account that you use on Hallmark.com and in our stores. We have our own point program, Trudy's Rewards, that is very similar to Hallmark.com.
When you place an order on trudyshallmark.com, you automatically start earning points. You earn 4 points for every dollar spent. 100 points can be redeemed for $1.00.
There is a purple present icon at the bottom right hand corner of our home page that you can go to to view your points and redeem them.

What are Trudy's Rewards?

Trudy's Rewards is a point program available exclusively online at trudyshallmark.com. You earn reward points on every online purchase with us that you can redeem for discounts on future online Trudy's Hallmark purchases.

How can I be notified if a previously sold-out product becomes available again?

When viewing a product page for an item that is currently out of stock, you'll notice a purple box that says "Text me when this item is back in stock!" This box provides an option to receive a text notification when the item is restocked. Simply click on the box and follow the prompts to set up your text notification.

Why is my discount code not working?

Discount codes may not be applicable to certain items. Typically, our discount codes do not apply to Hallmark Keepsakes, LEGO products, or items already on sale, but other exclusions may apply.

Discount codes often have expiration dates. Double-check the expiration date to ensure it's still active.

If you've confirmed that the code is still valid and should apply to your purchase but you're still encountering issues, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team. We'll be more than happy to assist you further and ensure you get the discount you deserve.

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

At Trudy's Hallmark, we are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. We can ship to virtually any address within the United States. However, please be aware that certain restrictions may apply to specific products.

For standard shipping we use the United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx Ground.

We do our best to ship orders placed Sunday through Friday within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will ship at the start of the new business week. If we are unable to do so we will contact you via email or phone. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. To qualify, your order total must reach $50 after promotions and discounts. Taxes are not included.

Please note that all items ordered with a pre-order item will be consolidated and shipped together. Should you need an item before the pre-order shipment is scheduled to arrive, we recommend placing a separate order for it.

Do you offer international shipping?

In addition to the US, we currently ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia.

Can I expedite my shipping?

At checkout, you have the option to select expedited shipping services for a quicker delivery. The estimated shipping times do not include the time it takes for order processing, packing or holidays. The estimated shipping time begins once the carrier has the package. It is important to note that once the carrier has the package, we have no control over it's delivery process.

Do you offer pick-up in store?

Because products and volume vary between our stores, we do not offer an order online to pick up in store service at this time.

When will my pre-order ship?

The estimated ship time is available in the product description, subject to change due to manufacturer or carrier delays. The products will ship out in the order they were purchased. All items purchased with a pre-order will ship together.

Returns / Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At Trudy's Hallmark, we stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please be aware that all sales are final on seasonal, sale products, and food items.

For the health and safety of our customers and staff we are unable to accept returns on personal protection items including face masks, hand sanitizers and other "clean and safe" items as detailed in the item descriptions.

Can I return my item to a store?

In most cases, you can return items your purchased online to a Trudy's Hallmark location. Before bringing your item to the store, please contact us at info@trudyshallmarkstore.com
