Shipping Policy
At Trudy's Hallmark, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. We currently ship to virtually any address within the United States, but certain restrictions may apply to specific products. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
For standard shipping, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx Ground. Orders placed Sunday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing at the start of the next business week.
During peak times, processing may take 3–5 business days. Packages do not ship from our warehouse on weekends or holidays. Most items will arrive within 3–8 days after leaving our warehouse.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
