Trudy's Dream Book Wish List FAQ

How do I submit my Wish List?

You can submit your Wish List directly through our interactive Dream Book — just click on your favorite ornaments and send it in online!

Prefer a paper copy? You can also download your Wish List as a PDF and bring it to your nearest Trudy’s Hallmark store, or email it to them.

(If you email it, we recommend calling the store after 24 hours to confirm it was received!)

Will I earn Crown Rewards points?

Crown Rewards points are not earned on online Wish List purchases through Trudy’s Hallmark.

However, you will earn Trudy’s Rewards on eligible purchases!

Will I get all the ornaments I add to my Wish List?

Submitting a Wish List gives you the best chance to reserve the ornaments you want — but it’s not a guarantee.

Wish Lists are filled in the order they are received, and availability may vary by store.

What about Club-Exclusive and Limited-Quantity ornaments?

Club-exclusive ornaments are only available to Keepsake Ornament Club members and cannot be reserved through the Wish List.

Limited-quantity ornaments will be available first during our release Events Ornament Premier (July) and Ornament Debut (October) events.

These items are not included on the Wish List.

When will I hear back after submitting my Wish List?

You’ll hear from us within 2–3 business days after submitting your Wish List.

We’ll confirm your submission and then send separate invoices for each release event.

When will I receive my ornaments?
  • Invoices will be sent shortly before each Keepsake Ornament release — Premiere (July) and Debut (October).
  • After you receive your invoice, you can review your Wish List items.
  • If you’d like to adjust quantities, add, or remove items, please let us know before paying your invoice.
  • To qualify for free shipping, you must submit your Wish List before the event begins and pay your invoice before the end of the event (either Premiere or Debut).
  • If your invoice is not paid by the event end date, your reserved ornaments will be released back into stock, and free shipping will no longer apply.
What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping is available on Wish List orders if the Wish List is:

* Submitted before the event begins, and

* The invoice is paid during the event window (either Ornament Premier or Ornament Debut).

If your invoice is not paid by the end of the event, your reserved ornaments will be released back into inventory, and standard shipping rates will apply for future purchases.

Do you offer pick-up in store?

Submit your Wish List directly to your local store for in-store pickup.

Wish Lists submitted online through our website will be shipped.

Why are the prices different from what’s shown in the Dream Book?

Keepsake Ornament prices have changed since the Dream Book was printed due to new tariffs impacting Hallmark’s production costs. These adjustments were made after the book went to print and apply to all Keepsake Ornaments across all stores.

We understand this may be unexpected, and we’re here to help. You can still build your Wish List as usual, and we’ll confirm everything with you before invoicing. If you have questions, our team is always happy to walk you through the updates.
