"My first year at Hallmark, I bought a recordable ornament, which also was the same year my son was born. My husband and I recorded our baby's cooing noises on it and it was the cutest thing. Every year thereafter we continued this tradition. It went from cooing to babbling and eventually to saying Merry Christmas. Our son turned 18 this year and having his voice preserved in such a special way fills our hearts every holiday season, when we push play on our recordable ornaments and embarrass our 6 foot 2 "baby"." - Melanie

"My favorite Hallmark Keepsake coming out at Ornament Debut is the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-B. I am a huge Star Trek fan and have waited for years for this one to be made! I remember begging my mom to take me to go see the Star Trek: Generations movie when I was a young teen. At first she had no interest in going and didn't say yes or no. But doing what mom's do, she surprised me on opening day by taking me out of school and we went to the afternoon showing in Branson. The movie was everything to me as a kid who could not get enough of Star Trek. More importantly the memory of me and my mom at the theater, just the two of us having a great time will always be close to my heart." - Cliff
